2. Privacy Policy
This section explains what personal data Growspace collects, why we collect it, and
on what basis. It is written to meet our obligations as a Data Fiduciary under the
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
- What we collect: Contact details you give us (name, email,
phone, company) when you email us or open an account; account and
authentication data for the Growspace platform; platform activity and audit logs;

- Why we collect it: To respond to your enquiry, provide and
support SIM and eSIM connectivity, manage your platform access, produce billing and
usage reporting, keep the service secure, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- Our basis for processing: We rely on your consent, given by
clear affirmative action, and on the legitimate uses permitted under section 7 of
the DPDP Act — including processing necessary to perform a contract with you
and to comply with law. We do not process your data for any purpose you have not
been told about.
- Who we share it with: Only the service providers we need to run
the service. Each is bound by contractual data protection obligations. The full list,

and we do not use it for advertising.

Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, in India.
- How long we keep it: For as long as needed for the purpose it was
collected for, and then for any period required by law. When the purpose is served and
no legal requirement applies, we erase it.
- Cookies: This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no
analytics or advertising trackers. What is stored, and how to change your choice, is
described in our Cookies Policy.
- Security: Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS, access is
restricted on a least-privilege basis, and platform activity is logged for audit.
- Children's data: Our services are directed at businesses. We do
not knowingly collect the personal data of children.
3. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you hold the following rights over your personal data. Exercising
them is free, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
- Right to withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may
withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing must be as easy as giving it was. To withdraw
consent for cookies and similar storage, use the
Cookie Preferences link in the footer of any
page. For any other consent, email us using the contact details in section 4 and we
will action it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out
while your consent was in force, and we will stop the processing concerned and erase
the data unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.
- Right to access information. You may ask for a summary of the
personal data we hold about you, the processing we carry out on it, and the identities
of the other Data Fiduciaries and Processors it has been shared with.
- Right to correction and erasure. You may ask us to correct
inaccurate or misleading data, complete incomplete data, update out-of-date data, or
erase data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
- Right of grievance redressal. You may raise a grievance about how
we handle your data or your rights request, through the channel in section 4, and
receive a response.
- Right to nominate. You may nominate another individual to exercise
these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using section 4. We may ask for information
to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone
else. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
